    "We do the things everyone says they do and more"

    Compliance starts the minute a prospect steps onto the dealership property. It starts with the meet and greet and Automotive Compliance Consultants (ACC) has established the total store solution to not only Compliance but to Profitability. ACC believes that we need to train every individual in the dealership on how to conduct themselves, so as to properly present all facets of the business in a professional and profitable manner.

    Pat Ryan created Ryan Insurance many years ago and built a great business and would teach their prospective F&I managers an assumptive three payment close. One of the most widely used closing tools in the industry is the Four square. Another great company was a company started many years ago around the leasing arena called Half-a-Car and the entire company was based on a selling system that led the customer to choose between buying and leasing.

    All of these systems have one thing in common they reduce the close down to an either/or close not a yes/no. In all three scenarios the customer is choosing how to pay for the vehicle not whether he is buying it or not. The problem with all of these scenarios now is that in our litigious society that we live in many rules and regulations have appeared that require proper disclosure and require that we deal with the customer in much different manner today.

    All three scenarios today are not compliant with Regulation Z and many of the state regulations that exist. ACC has developed a process combined with state of the art technology that will not only make you compliant but will maintain that scenario of the either or close.

    Most Dealers today understand much of this but what they fail to recognize is that as much as they may want to implement a system that they think will work they forget that it takes a lot of training. Not only do we need to train the sales managers but we need to train the sales people on how to set everything up properly and the F&I manager on how to properly increase the profitability of each and every car sold.

    The auto industry has changed dramatically over the years and today we need to be able to squeeze as much gross profit as we can out of each vehicle sold. How do we do this? We create a process that is consistent with everyone in the dealership and we make sure that this process presents all of our options available all the time so that we maintain compliance but also will increase dollars per car.

    The average consumer out there will buy; it is just a matter of how we present everything to them. Remember that they did not come into your store to purchase a pizza! If we can present our prices to the customer in a non confrontational manner and make them feel at ease then they will be much more receptive to what we have to offer. ACC guarantees that if our program is followed your grosses will increase and you will be compliant with the existing regulations as well as the regulation that are currently proposed.
