ACC has drawn on years of experience working in dealership operations. Our staff has over 200 years combined retail automotive experience. Over the years, we witnessed the development of certain practices in the automotive industry that were profitable but, frankly, unethical-and we watched as the government stepped in to regulate retail interactions and protect consumers. We see some dealers embrace the changes and others scoff at them. It is the belief at ACC that these changes are coming and it really doesn't matter if we agree with them or not. It is also our belief that by following a defined process and developing a consistent training program that not only will you be compliant but will actually increase gross profits. Well trained people not only portray a more desirable image but they will produce better results for their organization and will be less likely to go elsewhere. We can create processes and institute programs, but if we don't monitor these processes on an on-going basis and keep everyone focused it will fail. With this in mind ACC partnered with PACE in order to provide an efficient online method of training. With this partnership we will be able to efficiently train all personnel as well as provide the necessary monitoring and auditing to ensure success. All training is tailored to the individual and the position held by the individual and their respective positions within the dealership.
ACC has developed training programs for compliance, Sales training, Desking, and F&I. It is proven that people who are trained well are happier and more productive in their job therefore reducing turnover and increasing CSI in the dealership.
